The courgette plants have grown an awful lot and are just finishing off their first fruit! 
They’re IMMENSE.
I have also realised I haven’t figured how I’ll eat them all quite yet but I read you can eat them raw so I tried a slice straight off the plant and it was pretty tasty, so I chopped up half of one to share with Tiny Dinosaur

  2. kiwisson said: if you like sweet/rich bread products look up zucchini bread recipes! i love it, and it freezes well so you can make lots and still enjoy it when your plants are done for the season :)
  3. bandswithmice said: You can also slice it lengthwise and use the slices in place of lasagna noodles, or make this strips and use in place of pasta. It’s also great in ratatouille (zucchini is notorious for growing like a weed so it’s good to have lots of ways to use it up)
